Choose the disruption
Select the changed condition that best matches what has happened. The disruption selection also shows relevant lifecycle entry points, helping you identify the most specific reliable identifier or known condition from which to begin the analysis.

Start from a lifecycle entry point
Use the selected entry point to enter the connected lifecycle and trace what the disruption touches across materials, products, movements, evidence, obligations and commitments.

Work through the six stages
Move from disruption, to Lifecycle Continuity context, other required data, decision requirements, operational response and continuity outcome.

Mark information confidence
For Lifecycle Continuity data and other required data, indicate whether each item is verified, current, assumed, missing or conflicting.

Complete the decision
Record the decision owner, required approvals and latest useful decision time, using the decision question and criteria to structure the response.

Generate the response summary
Use the summary to capture the current disruption state, key uncertainty, decision position and required operational response.

You do not need complete information to use the workspace. Its purpose is to make what is known, uncertain, missing and decision-critical explicit enough to support action.
